Eduardo Sosa is a Venezuelan Attorney from Universidad Catolica Andres Bello with an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. With almost 30 years of professional experience, he worked as a Commercial Banker from 1975 to 1994 during which time he was Director and President of several financial, investment and real estate development companies.

His latest experience, prior to becoming a full-time business intermediary, was as Director and General Manager of the Venezuelan Subsidiary of Unisys Corporation. He held this position for over six years during which he managed a group of 175 dedicated team players that increased subsidiary sales from US$ 20 million to US$ 63 million in four years.

He sees his previous banking and management experience as pillars for a successful business brokerage career.
